People, especially women, believe that they are good at multitasking. According to research, you can only focus on one or two tasks at a time. Especially when it comes to complicated tasks, this is true.
Create a schedule based on a time audit
Make a list of what you do during the day to learn more about yourself. Often, we “think” we do something, but the reality is different. Track everything you do for a week or two using an agenda.

Sleep at least 7-8 hours
When we have a lot on our plate, we rest when we need to. In order to be more productive, some people sacrifice sleep… Nothing is far from the truth. If you want to be efficient, your body needs proper rest.

Eat healthy and exercise
No time to exercise? You will pay for it later. Studies show that people who live a healthy lifestyle are more productive. The benefits of exercising and eating healthy are similar to that of getting enough sleep, they boost energy levels and clear your mind… Exercise helps you to clear your mind and focus more on the important issues.

Work-life balance is very important. If you find yourself obsessing over checking everything off your to-do list, you may become frustrated. Focus on “progress” instead
Life is too short not to enjoy it and have a work-life balance. It will not help you if you finish an oversized workload today that will result in burnout tomorrow. Work steadily at your best pace by finding what works for you. It reduces the quality of work and creates stress when we rush through tasks.
Always keep in mind that the journey is more important than the destination. My time management advice will help you start owning your time and stop procrastinating.
